EMS Service Suspension - USA Shipment

Dear Valued Customers,

Our team hopes that you and your families are doing well and staying safe. It is regret to inform that in addition to the listed countries that we previously informed, JP POST announced on its Japanese website that the EMS shipments from Japan to the U.S. are temporarily shut down due to the significant decreased numbers of flights caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not know when the service is back in the normal. However, it is still available to ship to the U.S. through air and ocean cargo by the freight forwarding agency with additional mandatory trade documentations. Please note that this shipping method is also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the freight cost and schedule might be subject to the situation in real time. This is the reminder that the EMS services are temporarily out of service for some countries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We apologize for your inconvenience for your international shipping of EMS. For more information, please access to the JP Post website. The countries on the out of service for EMS and Air Mail are listed on this pdf file provided by JP Post on online.

However, for those countries which are the exemptions of this out of service area, our shipments will be available through EMS. In addition, freight cargo via both Air and Ocean is still active. So, we would be pretty much happy to help your orders.
